it's called "the awful waffle"
first of all, there was a storm tonight with plenty of thunder, lightning, and rain.
the rain bit i'm still enjoying with the sliding door open.
mattresses are definitely coming out here tonight.
this gorgeous rainbow (which eventually turned into a double rainbow) showed up while ker bear and i ordered our waffles and crepes.
so much excitement.
and me? definitely don't want to see the facial expression i was making.
look at that crepe though.
filled with nutella, bananas, and strawberries.
(please note: that was the last treat i'm eating for at least a week.)
seriously, though. delicious.
go.
try it.
you'll never regret it.
and you may even go back again the same night.
i didn't.
....
that's a lie.
i did.
it was worth it.
i'd also like to add that the waffle (keri's first one, and the one we shared the second time) was the most delicious thing ever.
it wasn't a batter that they poured in, but rather a big mound of dough.
DOUGH.
it was dense and cake-like.
you have to go.
(obviously, i just blogged about it.)
