College means...

Going on lots of walks and taking pictures like a creeper of awesome houses.
Lying under trees that can only be found at parks.
Midnight runs to Smiths for eggnog, cookie dough, milk, and tampons.
Goofing off with all the single ladies!
Getting adorable letters from your little brother.
Eating macaroni and cheese every once in a while straight out of the pot when you're feeling really lazy.
Watching General Conference on your laptop and getting roses from boys.
Going on roadtrips, mostly to and from home.
Not letting your roommate light sparklers in the kitchen.  Oh, wait...
Skyping with best friends when both are feeling pangs of separation anxiety.
Staying at the grandparents home for the weekend with your sister, and doing nothing but swimming, eating, and sleeping.
Going on runs in the bitter cold, stopping at cemeteries to watch the sun go down while trying to warm up your numb hands.
Getting big boxes from Amazon full of delicious food that your mom ordered for you.
 Cutting half your hair off.
Really.... half off.

Going swimming all day then stopping at Brick Oven for some raspberry lemonades with your girlfriend.
Okay... lemonades AND deep dish Brick Oven extra pepperoni pizzas smothered in house ranch dressing with the main ingredient of crack.  Just kidding about the crack.  But seriously...

College also means dropping half of your classes.
Applying for jobs.
Going on bike rides.
Eating way too much, way too often.
Going on walks in the middle of the night.
Falling in love.
Kissing beautiful men.
Running away to a beautiful "happily ever after."

Just kidding.
Except about the "dropping half your classes" part.
And the "applying for jobs."
And definitely not kidding about the "eating way too much, way too often" part.

(This is the part where I say that school happens, tests, papers, and grades... but  I tend not to focus on those things when I am trying to be happy.)

Ah... college.
