HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

I may have not noticed it was Valentine's Day until I listened to a voicemail from my Oma, but I've enjoyed it ever since. I'm feeling all sorts of loved, today and every other day, and I'm thinking I'm one lucky girl to be able to say that. So happy Valentine's Day to you all. Here's to you!

And here's to the love that surounds me on a daily basis, in the form of laughter, good food, and insanity workouts from my sweet roommates named Caitlin, Carissa, and Mackenzie. 

Here's to the letters chalk full of loveliness that I get in the mail from a cute little redhead named Spencer.

Here's to my little sister, Hannah, who takes me by surprise and makes me feel all sorts of good and important when I need it most.

Here's to Ryan and Stephanie, my big brother and sister, who take me under their wing and show me a little bit about the world, and school, and how to be happy.

Here's to cute dogs on the sidewalks, in the parks, in my backyard in Gig Harbor, and on google (when I'm feeling the most lonely and pathetic) who dish out love wherever they possible can. (Has anyone else noticed that?)

Here's to a Mom who calls me at least four times in a week, sometimes ten, just to tell me she loves me. 

Here's to an Oma who calls me to wish me a Happy Valentine's Day before I even wake up. 

Here's to a really nice man who's become a best friend, and who makes me excited for the future.

Here's to a loving Heavenly Father who keeps his eye out for me, even if I'm not doing such a great job. And here's to a wonderful brother who lightens by load by taking my hurt when I can't take it anymore. Here's to a heavenly family and an earthly one, too.
