a little recap

Remember that one time when I didn't blog for over a week? My bad. 

Let's go back a week or two for a sec to look at some fun pictures that were taken when Ryan and I took the kidlings to Seattle to show them around.

 I took a picture of him.

Then he took a picture of me.

Then the boys wanted a photoshoot. (Nathan's wearing my sunglasses, Ryan's wearing Hannah's, and Spencer is wearing Ryan's. Such big goofballs, all of them.)

We stuck gum on the Gum Wall in Post Alley.

And caught the sunset from the top of the Space Needle.

Then we hopped back on the ferry to Bremerton, with me carrying Spencer who was pooped from the adventure.

By the way:

Today is the first day of school. 

I had nightmares all night that I missed back-up this morning at 7am.  

(I was early.)

By the way:

I smell like waffles.  No joke.  All my black clothes that I've worn to work smell like waffles.  At least people at dance today weren't repulsed by my smell.  Worse things have happened, right?

By the way:

New apartment pro:  Kneaders with the unlimited French Toast made with massive hunks of cinnamon bread covered in cinnamon-y butter-y syrup on top is only a block and a half away.  

New apartment con:  No grass.  No part near by.  No tree to lay under.
