location: bed.

For the past week I have had no school, and my landlords have been here ripping out bathrooms for renovations, so my apartment has been turned inside-out and upside-down all week. Today we finally have our living room back in order, which calms my nerves a little bit. But this past week has been the laziest of my life, which is good and bad. Good because I have been able to rest a lot and forget about school for a bit, and SO BAD because I do just about nothing and I am starting to go crazy.

So, earlier today, because I was feeling especially crazy and a little bit dramatic, I decided to leave my cellular device at home alone to fend for itself while I went out for a little jog. I don't know Provo town very well, so I kinda just ran south before hitting the trains and then headed toward to mountains till I found the Provo City Cemetery. Now, I have to admit something: I have an affinity for cemeteries, and I'm not exactly sure why. This one in particular just happens to be huge and gorgeous, too. I wandered around listening to Mormon Tabernacle Choir on my iPod for a few minutes before taking down my headphones to enjoy the silence. I found Jesse Knight's grave right off the bat, which was awesome, I'll admit, and then explored the rest of the area for a good forty-five minutes before sitting down on a patch of grass. I wish I had my phone just so I could take a picture of the area before heading home. The sun through the trees after today's storm was gorgeous.

I am ridiculous for being up so late, again, so now I'm going to close my laptop and get some rest before attempting to wake up to go running. Night!

Ps. Scripture of the night: "And it came to pass that I did frankly forgive them all they had done, and I did exhort them that they would pray unto the Lord their God for forgiveness.... " Nephi 7:21. It's just one sentence, but such a powerful lesson. I love the scriptures.
