pudding is supposed to be warm.
If the milk doesn't have fat in it, the sugar isn't organic evaporated cane juice, the corn-starch isn't GMO free, the salt not from the sea, and the vanilla not from a bean.... well, you're in trouble. On the other hand, if the milk is whole, the organic sugar is from a fair trades farm somewhere in the world, the corn starch GMO free, the salt naturally from the sea, and the vanilla gluten-free AND from a bean? Well, you're in luck, because when they're all mixed together over medium heat... magic is created. Easily the greatest way to satisfy a midnight craving of any sort.
That whole self control thing that I'm working on? Let's just say that I believe in "everything in moderation".
